- Please be advised that, effective 31 October 2018, SCB will be terminating its UP2ME Mobile Application. During this transition period, customers will be able to withdraw money from the e-wallet on the UP2ME Mobile Application as usual. From 1 November 2018, customers will be requested to bring ID card and SCB passbook with the same name on the e-wallet to contact the branch. Customers without SCB accounts will be required to open an account to transfer the remaining e-wallet balance to your account.
