With e-Bill, you can view and verify your credit card/Speedy Cash statements and utility bills, and make on-line payments 24 hours a day. Available billers include CAT Telecom, Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA), Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) and TT&T MaxNet Hi-Speed Internet.
 
   
Payment dates can be set up to 180 days in advance
Regular payment dates can be set in advance, and you can specify amount and payment conditions
You can verify transactions and order status 24 hours a day
Up to 3 previous statements/invoices can be verified

If you have already registered credit card account(s) / Speedy Cash on EASY NET, you can view your credit card / Speedy Cash statements automatically without e-Bill registration.
  How to apply for e-Bill Service
  1. Login to EASY NET
  2. Select “Bill Payment & e-Bill”
  3. Click “e-Bill” to go to the “e-Bill” page
  4. Click “Account List” from the left menu and click “Add” to add a service provider to your e-Bill Account List
  5. Select the service provider you wish and fill in the required information
  6. Click “Continue” to confirm the registration

    The system will automatically send your registration information to the service provider for approval. Once approved, you can view your statement/bill in the next billing cycle.

In the event that you have set auto payment for your e-bill payments, 

please check billing and payment amounts carefully for 
every bill cycle.

Please note that SCB shall not be responsible for cases whereby payment cannot be made as a result of billing 
items posted to the system later than payment due dates,
or billing amounts higher than the maximum amount
 you have set for auto payment or your account balance.




How to apply for Metropolitan Electricity Authority

- Fill in “Contract Account Number” (show in your MEA invoice) and confirm again

** e-Bill service is NOT applicable for MEA contract account that has already been approved for direct debit payment from bank account


How to apply for Metropolitan Waterworks Authority

- Fill in “MWA registration code” “Branch” and “Zone” as shown in your MEA invoice

**e-Bill service is NOT applicable for MWA registration code that has already been approved for direct debit payment from bank accoun


How to apply for Maxnet (TT&T hi-speed Internet)

- Fill in “Account Number" and "Service Number" as shown in your invoice


How to apply for CAT Telecom

- Fill in “Contact No.” and “Telephone number” as shown in your invoice
