SCB Easy Net Application Form
Please complete and submit the form together with required documents, i.e. a copy of your ID card and the original passbook(s) of the account(s) you wish to register for SCB Easy Net services, at an SCB branch near you.
Refund/Information Correction Form
Please complete the form for refund or information correction when there are such bill payment errors as duplicate payment, payment made to wrong service provider, wrong Cust. No. or Ref. No., etc.
New Password Request Form
If you forget your password, please complete and submit the form together with required documents, i.e. a copy of your ID card and the original passbook(s), at an SCB branch near you. For single owner accounts for which you have an ATM PIN or Easy Phone PIN, you can request a new password via the SCB Easy Call Center 02-777-7777.
